Where are you based?
The Lavender and Wild props are all carefully looked after in Costessey, Norwich. You can come and view the collection before hiring anything from us – just let us know when and we’ll put the kettle on.
Do you deliver and collect the props?
In order to deliver we have a minimum spend requirement of £100. Delivery and collection charges to be agreed based on mileage travelled. Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to collect and drop back to us free of charge.
How long can I keep the items?
For a wedding on Wednesday, we’ll drop the items on Tuesday and collect on Thursday. For a Saturday wedding, we’ll drop on Friday and collect on Sunday.
What if something gets broken/damaged?
Your invoice will outline the items you’ve hired along with the cost of replacing them if they are broken. In the unlikely event of your items being lost or damaged you’ll be charged the replacement cost, which must be received within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
I have fallen in love with your props! What do I do now?
E-mail us with your chosen items, wedding date and any extra details you think we should know! We will then draw up an invoice for you to secure your items. 50% of the balance is due at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 6 weeks before the event date.
I’d like a bespoke item made just for me! What do I do now?
That’s great to hear! E-mail us your vision and we’ll get back to you with a quote. Balance for bespoke items must be paid in full at the time of booking.
